The Draw Happens
When all spots fill (or the timer hits zero), we use Random.org — a certified true random number service — to call the drawn spot number. The draw result is public and verifiable.
Spot Holder Claims the Prize
The holder of the called spot is notified by email and the prize is shipped or transferred directly. All claims are logged publicly on the Winners page.

What if not all spots sell before the timer runs out?
If an auction has a timer and it expires before filling, all entrants are refunded automatically. If there's no timer, the auction stays open until all spots are sold.
Can I claim multiple spots?
Yes. There's no limit to how many spots you can buy in a single auction. More spots = higher odds when the draw is called.
How do I know my spot numbers are reserved?
After payment, your account instantly shows your assigned spot numbers. You can verify them on the auction page in the public entries log.

How fast is shipping for physical prizes?
